Weekend in Tsjechië - "The Power of Vulnerability" 18 - 20 oktober 2024 in Brno Tsjechië

This weekend is open to both new and experienced dancers.

In this weekend we will use dance as a portal to embrace and embody our vulnerability as a source of strength rather than a weakness.

To explore vulnerability, you need some courage to step into the unknown and examine how it is to be open, even when it is a bit challenging.

We will use the physical and energetic language of the 5 Rhythms Movement Practice to express and explore the natural flow of our energy. Dancing the 5 rhythms offers a multidimensional experience. We move from being grounded in the flow of our energy into expressing our fire, from where we can let go into the wildness of our dance. Letting go opens us on a deeper level in our heart and essence. This dance path is a beautiful doorway to explore different topics, aspects, energies of ourselves in a grounded and playful way.

Program:

Open dance evening: Friday, October 18, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

First day of the workshop: Saturday, October 19, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Second day of the workshop: Sunday, October 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
