Weekends in Czech - "Birth & Life" 06 - 08 March 2026 & "Life & Death" 09 - 11 October 2026 in Brno Czech

In these weekends we will explore the topic of Birth & Life in the spring, when nature starts to open and blossom again. And the topic Life & Death in the autumn, when nature is moving inwards again, leaves faling from the trees, in order to make space for new life again.

Birth, Life and Death are inseparable connected to each other. They are a symbol for energy in motion. Each moment; birth, life and death are happening at the same time. This is the natural movement of Existence. Dance offers us a playful and grounded way to connect to this natural flow of our life energy.

The fastest, cleanest, most joyful way to feel alive is by dancing. It offers an easy and natural way to break out of our own box and move into the unknown. The Body loves to move, the Heart loves to connect and the Spirit loves to fly.

In the dance it’s so easy to feel alive and juicy. The dance will bring life, love, breath and movement in our body and heart, so the frozen parts can melt and life energy can flow more free in us and in our life.

We tend to live our life on the surface, in order to feel “safe”. It is fear and habit which holds us back from living totally and taking risks. Than life becomes so mediocre and we feel unfree. When we get stuck, the juice of life easily dries up and we start to complain that life is not flowing: we get bored. When we start to live life to the fullest, it becomes more intense and alive and we start to live in a flow.

It’s beautiful to do both weekends as a cycle. But also possible to attend just one of the two.
