BREATHING MEDITATION

Our breath is a beautiful vehicle to revive frozen energy. Through circular breathing, we can experience on a deeper level where our energy freely flows and where it is blocked. By alternating between circular breathing and resting in Being, we not only bring frozen parts of ourselves back to life, but we also deepen our Awareness. Here, we become one with the breath. By becoming one with our breath, we become one with our essence. This breathing meditation helps us to release all forms of control and surrender fully. In this way, we naturally enter meditation and experience our true nature. Breath is a direct gateway to our essence.

Naropa trained me to guide this breathing meditation; https://www.naropa.eu. I offer it both in individual sessions and on combined days. On these days, dance and meditation flow into each other organically, using our breath as the entry point.
