DANCE
Dancing awakes us and fills us with life. By fully immersing ourselves in the dance, we leave the mind behind and find stillness within the movement. During the dance, we can experience unity. We are carried, so to speak, by the music and our own dance. Surrendering to the dance also brings us into contact with the unchanging and immovable within ourselves; our essence. This awoken energy is carried inward, allowing us to dwell more deeply in Being. Here, the dance becomes meditation.
DANCE EVENINGS AND MORNINGS
A wonderful moment in the week to move our bodies, open our hearts, and clear our minds. Different themes and guidances support and inspire our dance, helping it to deepen. We begin with awareness through moving the body, build up the dance, and end in stillness.

Autumn 2026 dates: Tuesday evening on 01 sep; 08 sep; 15 sep;

Time: 20:00 – 21:30 (you are welcome from 19:45 to arrive and slowly ease into the dance)
