Summer 3-Day Retreat – “Power of the Elements” – 10–12 July 2026 at Centrum De Folks

At this special location, set in a forest-rich environment on the beautiful island of Terschelling, we connect with the power of the elements: earth, fire, water, and air. These elements are abundantly present on the island and offer an inexhaustible source of inspiration.

When we dance, we come into contact—physically and playfully—with the natural flow of our life energy. Through dance, we meet, explore, deepen, and embody our connection with the elements. On a deeper level, we can experience the connection between the 5Rhythms and the elements connected to them. Not as an abstract concept, but as living forces moving within us and in our lives. Which of these forces are already familiar and integrated, and which are asking for more strengthening and deepening?

We dance indoors and outdoors; there is a wonderfully spacious beach nearby where we can also dance. Alongside the program, there is ample time to enjoy the beautiful nature.

Costs: All prices include accommodation and delicious vegetarian meals.

It is important to book no later than May 1st in connection with reserving the desired sleeping arrangements. You can choose between a single or double room. If you book after May 1st, it will depend on what is still available and the accommodation will become more expensive. Therefore, until May 1st I can offer the minimum amount of €385.

It is also possible to arrive earlier and/or stay longer. You can reserve extra nights at Centrum De Folks, find other accommodation, or camp nearby, for example at Natuurkampeerterrein Duinweg 56.
