Winter retreat between Christmas and New Year, December 26–30, 2026, at Bois le Comte Center in Orval, Ardennes

The days offer a varied program with moments of movement and moments of silence. A powerful combination aimed at meeting yourself and giving expression to what lives within you. The focus of these four days is to connect more deeply with our heart. When we come home to our heart, our life energy begins to flow fully. We carry so much more strength, creativity, love, and potential within us than we usually live!

Dance and meditation nourish each other in a natural way. Fully surrendering to your dance brings you deeper into your body and your heart. During the dance, we can experience unity with the music. You are, as it were, carried by the music and your own dance. The wave no longer experiences itself merely as a wave, but dissolves into the immeasurable depth of the ocean. Movement brings you into contact with the unmoving, the stillness within yourself. That brings the deepest fulfillment. Here, dance and meditation meet.

• We begin the day with a morning meditation.

• After breakfast, we will dance throughout the entire morning.

• In the afternoon and evening, there is a varied program with dance and meditation.

• One full afternoon will be devoted to a powerful breath meditation — a meditation that invites you to fully release your life energy and then connect that energy with your essence. You will begin to experience that we have far more strength and energy at our disposal than we usually live. When we connect that with our awareness, we can experience our true nature. Breathe life, breathe yourself free!

There is also ample space to enjoy the delicious food and the beautiful forest surroundings.
