Wednesday Morning in Haarlem, Spring 2026 – Cycle of 22 Mornings

A wonderful moment in the week to move your body, air your heart, and clear your mind. Themes and guidance support and inspire you to deepen your dance.

We begin by bringing attention through moving the body, build the dance, and end in silence with a short meditation. Here, I follow the structure of the Five Rhythms. During the deepening days, weekends, and retreats, I will offer my new form, Move in Essence. Because we have more time then, these sessions are more intensive than the evening classes. Here, deepening and the connection with meditation take a more central role.

Location: ‘t Hart, Kleine Houtweg 18, Haarlem. Dance hall 114 upstairs (Upon entering ‘t Hart, go left, then right, left through the corridor to the side wing, then upstairs and left again. Hall 114 is at the end of the corridor).

Parking: Houtplein or De Kamp parking garages. Free parking is available on Linnaeuslaan, approximately a 10–15 minute walk.

Prices of your own choosing:

• Single classes €17–€18

• 5-class pass €80–€90 (€16–€18 per class; valid for 6 months)

• 10-class pass €150–€180 (€15–€18 per class; valid for 12 months)

• Full spring 2026 cycle (22x) €330–€396 (€15–€18 per class)

• For newcomers: first 2 classes €15 in total (valid within 3 weeks)

• Under 30 years €12 per class

• Minimum discount may be possible upon request
