Tuesday evening 14 April – dancing to live music with members of Savituriya in Leiden

Not to be missed: After previous success, these experienced live musicians are happy to come and play for us again!

Dancing to live music brings such a different quality and intimacy with the music. We let ourselves be carried away by the surprising variety of instruments.

A wonderful moment in the week to move your body, air your heart, and clear your head. Themes and guidance support and deepen your dance experience.

You are welcome from 7:45 PM to arrive calmly and warm up, and at 8:00 PM we begin with the Wave.

We begin by bringing awareness through movement in the body, build up the dance, and end in silence with a short meditation. Here I follow the structure of the Five Rhythms. During the deepening days, weekends, and retreats, I will offer my new form, Move in Essence. Because we have more time then, these are more intense than the evening sessions. The focus there is more on deepening and on the connection with meditation.

Registration: via mati@dansdevijfritmes.nl. Full is full. For this evening, you need to register in advance and transfer the fee. Your registration is confirmed once payment has been received. For this evening we ask €29. These costs mainly cover room rental, sound assistance, travel expenses, and a small contribution for the musicians.
