In the morning we dance, in the afternoon we do the powerful breath meditation.
The deeper we are rooted in our body, our heart, and that which is unchanging within ourselves, the more flexible we are in moving with the changes and storms of life. This teaches us to surrender. Dance invites us to let our energy flow freely. Breath is a gateway to connect with our essence.
